Can I upgrade antivirus Panda 2010 without uninstalling?

I stopped using my computer way back and when I opened it I found everything working though with an outdated Antivirus Panda 2010. Is it okay to just update it and continue using the antivirus or do I have to upgrade it? In case I have to upgrade, do I have to uninstall the 2010 version or I can simply do that without uninstalling it? Oh, and the key is also expired.

Outdated antivirus is risky for operating computers. You could update your Panda 2010 without installing but you need to renew your expired key. That's it.

Hi Jasika Jame,

It is very risky to run your computer with outdated Antivirus Panda 2010. It may infect your whole computer system. Every day new viruses are created by the intruders. So you need to always update the database of the anti-virus. First try to update your old one. If it works then well, else uninstall it and restart the computer and install again. Then update it.
