Can anyone recommend spice new mobile phones?

I'm looking to buy a brand new phone with Spice network in India.  Can anyone recommend spice new mobile phones that are touch screen, at least 1 GHz CPU, 3.2 MP camera and Android OS?  Thanks in advance.
