Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate 2012 error

Hello,

I get an error message (like giving in the screenshot above) while deployment of 64 bit “Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate 2012” staying within a 32 bit operating system. I don’t understand what I shall do now.

Can you help me in this regard?

Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate 2012 error

This error may occur because of the two reasons:

1. Creating Deployment for Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate 2012 on Windows 7 x64 or Vista x64 Editions.

To resolve this issue, create the deployment from a machine running Windows XP Professional x64 or Windows XP 32 bit editions (Professional or Home). 

2. Creating 64 bit Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate 2012 Deployment from a 32 bit Operating System.

To resolve this issue, it is recommended that you create the deployment from a machine running Windows XP Professional x64.
