Hi,

AutoCAD Lt has encountered a problem regarding saving of file. Look at the screenshot mentioned below. It says “There was an error saving the file/users/max/library/Application Support/Autodesk/roaming/ AutoCAD LT 2012/R18.2/enu/plotters;//HP_DesignJet_450 (temp).PCM”. What is it?

Please help me.

Hello Olivia,

You will need to check if you have  SAVEFIDELITY variable turned on, and also if you have set SAVE to something lower than 2010 format.

The problem may also be occurring because drawing has all but 1 layer locked, and therefore you will need to unlock all layers, and then save the drawing and after that close it.

Well you don’t have to worry I have got your problem
 
The problem is when you are trying to save a file it shows you an error.
 
What you have to do, Simple and Easy step to follow
 
You have to check and see that which version of your AUTO-CAD that computer saved to it options.
 
If it gives other you have to change it with your current version and your issue will resolved.
 
If still it’ll cause a problem then be sure that the problem in your software.
 
Repair your AUTO-CAD and follow the first step again.
