Auto BCC CC Windows Mail

Hello. I am currently using Windows mail to do transactions with friends and as I'm doing it all the time, it really eats up a lot of time inputting manually the email addresses over and over again. My friend mentioned about Auto BCC CC Windows Mail so I kind of thought of having this. But my problem is how will I get my Windows Mail automate the BCC and CC. Your help will highly be appreciated. Thanks!
