Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone has tried to use a VPN or virtual private network on USB hub control software. I tried using a VPN but it didn't work. Does anyone have any recommended VPNs that are suitable?

Hello Kenneth,

Sometimes the network USB Hub may not work with VNP (Virtual Private Network). Because VNP pass through the connection between the computer and the other network devices. In that case, you need to disable the VNP connection if it is enabled. Then try again, this time USB hub network will work. I hope this could be a help.
