All about steam gift purchase pending. I purchased it for almost 1 week ago but still the purchase status is still pending and I am confused why is it still pending. How can I make a move regarding this matter, I need to clarify some important details. Is there a customer server support team that can cater all my concerns?

Steam gift purchase does not take a week to complete it. I think the gift that you have purchased experience a problem. Steam has an online support were you can report your problem, they have a 24/7 online support team that can help you on your problem, as of now steam is experiencing a high volume of ticket that has not been resolve so i suggest if you buy a gift from a specific game, Contact the game distributor itself, otherwise click the link for the steam support. https://help.steampowered.com/en/
