Dear Ram,

Regarding your question;

On some networks, the Active Directory Browser doesn't show all available information. Have see this happen many times on an improved AD Browser.

Please update to the latest version via:

http://www.AdvancedEventViewer.com/Download/AEV2.2_update_build2601.zip

(replace AEV.exe in "C:Program FilesAdvanced Event Viewer")

If the problem remains, please send us a export of the AD Browser and a copy of the AEV log "C:Program FilesAdvanced Event ViewerAEV.alg")

Thank you and kind regards,

Hi,

I am testing the product. We have 2 Domains that I want to fetch computers from and monitor.

I have logged into Domain 1, and the machine is part of Domain 1. Now how can I discover Domain 2 machines and work with them.

Regards

Ram

Dear Ram,

After updating to the latest version of Advanced Event Viewer (please see my previous comment), you can enter credentials for the second domain in the AD Browser.

Please open the AD Browser and click the "Manage Credentials" button. Here you can enter the information of your second domain.

Then update this

Thank you and kind regards,
