Does the Acrobat for Macintosh also applicable to the I phones and I Pads category. Can it be streamlines to shift from one to another or do I have to buy them separately for each?

I am agree with your concern. The Adobe Acrobat Pro X is only compatible with Macintosh computer. It cannot be used on Apple IPads and IPhones. The iOS does not support Mac softwares. If you want to read or view PDF documents on your IPhone or IPad, you have to use Preview, Apple's inbuilt program. You also can use many third party apps on your iOS devices.

Unfortunately, it can’t be interchanged or used on both devices. Remember that MAC is a stand alone computer with components far more powerful than their mobile counterpart. Where in all are compact, and compressed for faster mobility.
However, Adobe created its own Adobe document services for iPADs and iPhones. The Mobile version of Adobe Pro X is just called Adobe Reader. Â

Acrobat Pro X is available in iPad and iPhones and is compatible for Macintosh computer. But then, buying the product for mass computer doesn't mean that you can use acrobat pro x on your iPad and iPhone, it will not work for IOS does not support Mac softwares, the thing is, there's an acrobat pro version for us and another for Mac. It is advisable to buy each product for each device for the bought product keys will be used once only.
