The Acer C120 is a projector specifically made for your laptop and is even advertised by Acer as the best notebook companion. Design wise it is indeed ultra portable at 4.7" x 3.2" x 1.0" and very light at 180 g. It gets power from your notebook through the USB 3.0 and 2.0 port. For the Lamp, it is LED and the maximum life span or LED life is up to 20,000 hours. Below is a picture of the device.
