3110c connection problem with nokia PC Suite

I have Nokia 3110c, When I try to connect my PC with Nokia PC Suite I am unable to connect & message appears. In screen PC suite file is missing from the phone. What should I do?

3110c connection problem with nokia PC Suite

Hi,

First of all, change USB port and connect your phone in a new USB port. Now wait for a while to install and detect phone automatically by OS. Then run pc sweet and click drag-n-drop contain here option.

Now select cable connection and install a new phone.

Change USB cable. May be it has been damaged or broken. Try to connect the phone with other cable. Just connect a different or new cable.

Uninstall Nokia pc sweet and reinstall again. It will work properly. If it is not working at all, then try to use Nokia Ovi sweet. It’s a beautiful software just like Nokia PC sweet.
