The Infrared driver on my Toshiba laptop was deleted accidentally. How can I reinstall it back on my Windows 7 laptop? What are the things to consider before reinstalling this Infrared driver?

I am a Windows user and quite often encounters computer error. I am knowledgeable of flowcharts so I might as well understand if there is already an existing computer error flow chart. I recently found my old Palm Centro that has an Intel XScale 312 MHz processor, 64 MB Flash Memory, Bluetooth 1.2 and Palm OS 5.4.9.  My Windows 7 64 bit desktop could not detect Centro via Bluetooth.  Is there another way I can export files Palm Bluetooth?

Hi everyone.  I just installed Puzzle Pro 2.0 plug-in for MS Paint.  Paint is now inaccessible as it constantly crashes after the install.  Is there any workaround for Puzzle filter Paint?  I'm on a Windows XP 64 bit system.  Thanks in advance.

I just happened to recently buy my new camera and a newbie in photography.

I was wondering about those small circles-like orbs appearing on some of my photographs. I am new to this and am seeking an expert advice.

Is there any way I could lessen if not to remove all of those orbs on my photographs?

I mean on the camera settings itself or any application software you may advise to remove those?

I have upgraded my Windows XP desktop that has an Intel Pentium 4 processor, 2 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD and 1 GB Video Card to Windows Vista 64 bit. 

My desktop now could not detect my iPhone 4S with iOS 6.1.2. 

What could be the problem?
