One simple web service is created by me. It has been putted in a web logic service. I can run it through power builder but not with soap. How to use soap power builder 7 effectively? How can I use both of them.

Could you say please, if toad compatible 11 g oracle (toad v 9.1)? I had no problems with 10.20.0.3 oracle, but trial to use 11 g server to connect gave message “invalid username/password”. Same time it provides connection in SQL plus from 10 g client to 11 g server. Any ideas?
