Laptop Always Restart After Booting

I find some errors on my Toshiba l 300. It can turn on if it is use battery, but not if use charger. And it always restart when booting, but it work normally on safe mode. I have re-installed the windows and changed with other charge, but it still same like before.

Laptop Always Restart After Booting

The problem seems to be the internal charge leakage or the socket. The SMPS might generate erroneous voltages as signals. If the bios screen comes and again it restarts, then try with the bios of the machine. If the OS is not inbuilt, then try reinstalling after formatting the entire harddisk removing all network and external drives. If the matine runs in safemode then it is so possible that there is some software problem. A format of the current system will help with the problem. If theOS is in-built, then try restore factory settings to restore the Operating system to its original format. Thanks.
