Download Aventail iPhone won’t finish

Hi,

I'm trying to download Aventail Mobile Connect for my iPhone to have a secure proxy connection. 

Why is it that the down load Aventail iPhone stops halfway thru the download? 

I have an iPhone 4 that has the Apple A4 chipset, 1 GHz Cortex-A8 CPU, PowerVR SGX535 GPU and iOS 6.1.

Hi!

Make sure that you have a strong internet connection to your phone.

If you are using WIFI I recommend you to use it alone without any device/s connected to your WiFi to have a better connection because it will interrupt the download once the connection is lost then download it again until it's done.

Once the download is done you can now allow other devices to connect again.

Hello Douglas,

There are many reasons that may be causing you’re your download not to be completed. If it keeps stopping half way as you say; make sure you are using the right credentials for your app store if you are using the app store for download, check your storage space, restart your device and refresh your connections and check to make sure the connection is good.

Low connections sometimes will really disturb downloads.

Try changing your environment and see if you can get better connections for the download. If all is positive and the download doesn’t still go then the program from the provider may not complete.

Read to make sure you are downloading the right copy then try again with only it on the download list.
