Hi guys,

Microsoft Exchange Server has encountered a problem. Look at the screenshot below. I do not understand the unknown error. If you have any idea please help to fix it.

An unexpected, unknown error has occurred.

MAPI or an unspecified service provider.

Microsoft Exchange Server has encountered a problem

Hello,

This error usually occurs when mailbox does not mount where the System Attendant mailbox is located. In order to resolve this issue you need to mount the mail box where the system attendant mailbox is located. You can also mount the mail box to the other mailbox located on the same server.

Hello Dudley,

To resolve that issue, you will need to mount the mailbox store where the System Attendant mailbox is located. In case you don't want the System Attendant mailbox to be located on the current mailbox store, you can just go ahead and move it to another mailbox store on the same server.
