Why m4a to swf online convert is not working properly?

As there are many tools available for conversion but these have to be installed and some require to purchase the full version. I tried m4a to swf online convert facility as it is easy to use but it stops at the end and shows error message “the input stream is not correct, try again later”. What is the problem as I am using Mac OS x.

2- Latest  version of the software

3- Correct installation, Plus if the software were running fine previously then simply reinstall the software,
