When using Marque 2 M165 callers are getting echo

Hi! I am using new Marque 2 M165 headset and paired with iPhone 6.Most of the callers Complain that they hear an echo sound when talking together but I don’t hear any echo sound. I also reset settings and set the Volume levels. Has anybody any suggestions on how to recover its?

When using Marque 2 M165 callers are getting echo

It is advisable to try resetting the connection between the Phone & Headset. So, please follow these steps,

 

1. Unpair the connection of the device
2. Do a Power-cycle
3. Pair once again
4. Adjust the Volume levels the best while testing until the echo is removed.

 

If this does not work for you, contact technical support.
