Yes, this is a blue screen error, and it is an error related to the boot configuration data file. These type of error appears in any windows platform and are very difficult to solve. If your boot configuration file is misplaced or damaged, then this type of error might occur. Following are the steps to fix this error

• Install media with the automatic repair tool.

After you successfully place installation media you can start your computer, it will begin the booting and show a message like press any key. After that, you must click on repair your computer and troubleshoot. Choose automatic repair this will repair this error automatically.

• Install media with command prompt, which is manual repair.
