Hey, the smtp error from remote mail server after initial connection are occurred due to the bounce back for the 554 error series. They are in hard or the soft form as well and both damage the system too. Only the email is bounce or is error too. The same can be solved by installing the related software and will have small file size too and are supported in many of the OS also with many platforms to serve too.
