BitDefender registration your license key has expired

Hello,

I have this weird error from BitDefender. It says that my license has expired on Wednesday, December 31, 1969 7:00:00 PM. I am a bit confused and until now I didn’t find any solution. Can any expert help me please to fix this ? My license expires next year in 2015.

BitDefender registration your license key has expired

Since the problem here is regarding the license key of your antivirus, make sure the license key doesn’t come or downloaded somewhere on the web and you really purchased it from an authorized website or from the Bitdefender website itself. If that license key was really purchased then that error shouldn’t be appearing.

If you really purchased that license key, you can always ask for a replacement from the developer. You should contact the customer support first and then report about the error you received. Before they replace the license key, they will first try to check what causes the error on the license key. Sometimes the problem is on their side and it is their server that generates that error.

If the problem can’t really be fixed, they will surely replace it with a new one free of charge since you still have your subscription period.
