Connection Error with Hallmark Card Studio 2012

When successfully installed Hallmark Card Studio 2012 Bonus Software and clicked on any selection, I got an error “The connection to internet might be broken, please restart the application and try again.” My connection is working with other application. I also clicked on the Register Now button but I received the same message. I tried restarting my computer, but it doesn’t help. What should I do next?

Connection Error with Hallmark Card Studio 2012

 

Hello Eugene,

After reading your concern i believe that the main problem here is your windows firewall or any other firewall protection software you have. The firewall is not permitting your newly installed software to access the internet since other software can connect. To fix this you need to temporarily disable your firewall protection or you need to add Hallmark Card Studio 2012 Bonus Software to you firewalls exception rule. To add exception rule to windows firewall you need to

1. Open the Control Panel (All Items View). 

2. Click on the Windows Firewall icon.

3. Click on the Allow a program through Windows Firewall link in the left pane of the window.

4. Click on the Change Settings button. 

You should be able to see your software there just add it to the exception
