How can I share my outlook calendar between my computers so it will automatically update over my network?

Sharing of Outlook Calendar b/w Computers

To sync or share Outlook calendar between computers you must use an Exchange Server email account, and have the Navigation Pane turned on. Once you share your Outlook calendar, it means that the users you preferred sharing your calendar with will see and be able to access it. To share your Outlook calendar:

1. Open the calendar
2. Click on “Home” tab
3. Click on “Share Calendar”
4. On Permission Level, click the level of permission you would like your users to access your calendar
5. Enter the name of the users you wish to share your calendar with
6. Click on “Send”

Sharing of Outlook Calendar b/w Computers

Hi,

Sharing your calendar is possible between two or more computers. Microsoft provides this feature by publishing your calendar over Office.com and makes it easy for others to use them. But this feature will be ending in April, 2014. You simply login to your account Publish your calendar Invite others to view it. Google calendar also has this feature.
