What are the tools that will change the size of mailbox in outlook if you need more space? Does these tools exist?

Tools that help monitoring the size of your mailbox in outlook

You can increase the Outlook mailbox size through the following ways. You can see here how to see your present mailbox size.

Via Registry:

Step 1: Open Registry Editor

Start > Run > regedit

The default location for registry editor: "C:Windowsregedit.exe"

Step 2: Locate the Key:

Browse the folder tree to locate the key:-

Outlook 2003 
"HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice11.0OutlookPST"

Outlook 2007 
"HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice12.0OutlookPST"

Outlook 2010 
"HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice14.0OutlookPST"

Step 3: Create and set 2 new DWORD values

WarnLargeFileSize 
Don’t set this higher than "4090445042" (decimal) or "f3cf3cf2" (hexadecimal)

MaxLargeFileSize 
Don’t set this higher than "4294967295" (decimal) or "ffffffff" (hexadecimal)

The difference between the two values should be at least 5%.
