Unable to Update to Windows 8.1

I am trying to update to the latest Windows 8.1 Preview. I clicked on the Get the Update link and it says, "Unable to Connect". I am really frustrated about this update. And some time it shows the update is not available. I checked on my internet connection and it was working fine. I searched on the web for some solutions and found out more complains about this 8.1 update. What do I need to continue with the update?

Unable to Update to Windows 8.1

Try to reset your cache for the Windows Store. Simply press on Windows key + Q. And then type WSReset.exe in the search field and press the Enter key. And then try to download the update again. Also, before upgrading to Windows 8.1, there are some updates that you need to install. Ensure that you have finished installing all those updates before you proceed with the latest 8.1 update.

Another way that you can try is to set the language to EN-US.  Go to your Registry Editor and navigate to the following:

Hkey_Local_MachineSystemCurrentControlSetControlNlsLanguage

Change the value of the InstallLanguage to 0409 which is also EN-US which can be found at the bottom right pane.
