Installing codec pack 780 full versions,

Hi all,

When I am installing codec pack 780 full versions, I find "an error occurred while copying file. The source file is corrupted" message .I need to understand about this error and the way to solve this and install the software. Thanks in advance.

Hey Tabassumtanni!

There must be virus in your computer system that’s why you are facing this error. Basically your Codec pack 780 is corrupted by virus. So to overcome this problem, what you need to do is just to install the antivirus first, which will remove all the virus from your system. After that download a new and latest version on codec pack 780. Sometimes virus makes our file infected. in the result the antivirus block or remove those files. That is the reason our programs or softwares becomes corrupted or damaged.

Hello Tabassumtanni,

This error message implies that the K-Lite Codec pack software is either damaged or corrupted badly.

Sometimes it happens as a result of viruses, and of course as a result of virus guards.
You may wonder why, some anti-virus programs label the files in the codec software as infections. They automatically tend to block them.

Somehow, you have to download and install a newer version of it.
Download an error free and malfunctioning free version of K-Lite Codec pack from Filehippo.com.

Run a virus scan before you install it.

Hello,

Basically, when you see this kind of error because due to the fact that antivirus installed in our computer sometimes considered some files of the codec to be a virus or infected that is why it will be removed. Thus, after installing the codec an error like this will appear because the file is already damaged or corrupted. So in order for you to be able to install the codec-pack-780-full-versions in your PC, make sure that there is no virus. Try to disable your anti-virus just for the moment when you download the codec. After that, install the codec if you don’t see any error then proceed with the installation after the installation is done, you can now turn on your antivirus.
