How can we upgrade MS Office 2000 Small Business to the latest Professional version of Office? I need to have access on PowerPoint application and download it in Office 2000 Small Business? Please guide me how and what is the best thing to do?

Upgradation of MS-Office 2000 Small Business

Dear friend,

Microsoft Office doesn’t need to upgrade every time, because it keeps all the features for business and individuals. But sometime upgrade has required for hardware of any change in new inventions. We have to upgrade Microsoft office for the better performance. 

You can easily load your power point documents in the new or older version because Microsoft Office is always compatible. For your persistence I am letting you know the easy way to upgrade your Microsoft Office. Microsoft launches their updates after a few years. Simply follow the given instructions:

1. First check your computer requirement matches the upgraded Microsoft Office.
2. Insert your Latest Professional Office of Microsoft Office disk.
3. When the installation starts, enter your product key when ask and click to continue.
4. Check accepted term and condition, no need to study all, just click and next.
5. Then select the upgrade option and click on continue option.
6. Just click on remove all previous installations, don’t click Install now.
7. Choose the installation option run by your computer in drop down menus.
8. When installation completed, click the close button.
9. Open the Microsoft Office, your wizard will be started.
10. Click on “Software over the internet” option then click next.
11. When installation completed, just close it.

Your upgrade is now completed. This is a very simple method.

Hi!

Here is additional information for upgrades MS Office 2000, link to the site:

1. Firstly, you must apply SR-1/SR-1a update.

2. Then, you should prepare an Administrative Installation.

3. For downloading, use web browser to connect to the Microsoft website.

4. When downloading is complete, you should install Administrator Update.

5. Lastly, you must update a workstation with multiple updates.

6. Finally, upgrade of MS Office 2000 complete.
