I have downloaded top rate bandwidth manager recently. I want the step by step guidelines to install it. The installation should not affect my windows OS. If you are having screenshots better. I would like post them dropbox and post the link here in this forum.

Since your installer was downloaded from a website, make sure you check it first for any sign of infection before attempting to run the program. This is to reduce the possibility of getting your system infected. Update your antivirus then scan the newly downloaded file for any sign of infection by browsing to the location of the file and then selecting the file or select the folder where it is downloaded.
After checking, open Windows Explorer then browse your way to the location of the file then double-click it to launch the program. Then after that, just follow the succeeding on-screen instructions that will guide you through the rest of the installation process then wait for it to finish. Configure the program afterwards by going to its settings.
