I need to know the methods on Outlook 2007 Backup Emails using Mozilla Firefox. What are the necessary steps to do this? Are there any tools that I can use to perform this? Please tell me the easiest and safest way backup Outlook emails through Firefox. Thank you.

I am quite confused with “how to have outlook backup 2007 mozilla Firefox”. If you can elaborate more about this maybe we can help. For the meantime I will just assume that what you are asking about is backing up your Outlook data Files(Emails). If this is true then check steps below.

The best way to handle this is to create a PST file. For Outlook 2007 all you need to do is:

1.      Go to File -> Data File Management

2. An account Settings window should appear.
3. Under Data Files Tab Click on “Add”
4. Select “Office Outlook Personal Folders File”
5. Select Destination – “The wisest way to select the destination is to choose something that you can remember where you put it.”
6. Click Save

 

If you then want to transfer the file from one device or computer to another all you need to do is copy the PST file then open it from another Outlook Program. Hope this helps!
