I'm trying to create a personalized image template from a custom template. I already uploaded this via FTP and I referenced this using HTML. The problem is, the images does not appear on my site. Am I doing something wrong? Need help in big commerce customization.

Probably, there are issues and reasons why there is no image output on your website. Here are my tips for you to have a successful image output on your website:

Make sure that your HTML code into output an image is correct. Must always use file extension of the image. If it is a JPEG, PNG, BMP or GIF file.

Image location must correspond to your code. If you have lots of images and you put it into a folder, the directory of your code must be the name of the folder then the name of the file.

Double check the uploaded files, all html files, folders and images. All of them must be uploaded successfully. You must also check the status of your FTP Client Software if there are files not uploaded successfully.
