Your computer is infected by an unknown virus. Just use antivirus programs to remove it. And if your antivirus can’t remove it then if that error message appears again use task manager to find the programs that causing the problems. Right click in the taskbar and select Task Manager and look for the running programs which have unique filename such as the one using special character then send the file name to your antivirus customer support.
I think you are facing that problem for a reason and that is the flash player. You have to install a flash player.
For some countries YouTube is off for some times. I think after installing the flash player you can watch anything and also can listen anything. If that helps then start doing that and be happy.

Uninstall the previous Audio driver and restart the computer. Thereafter re-install the new audio driver.
If it does not then you will need to give the windows.
