XML Parsing error in the Panda Antivirus 2011 Retail products

Hello,

When I am in the process of updating the Panda Antivirus Pro 2010 to the latest version I got this error message. I don’t understand the error message, so I blindly reinstalled the update again. But no result, How to fix this error? I am frustrated because of this error. Please help me to get rid of this error. Thank you.

XML Parsing error in the Panda Antivirus 2011 Retail products

The error seems to come from the operating system Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0 component, which either got damaged or uninstalled somehow. This is possibly the reason for not able to parse the XML file in question.

To solve this problem install Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0 (service pack 7 or above)from the Microsoft XML Resource Site.
