Hi,

The following error occurred when try to generate .XML control files in a format base of Volume Shadow Copy Services.

How can I avoid this unexpected error?

Can you provide me detailed information about causing this problem?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

To correct this error:

1. Check that you have supplied the correct name to the file.

2. Verify that that specified file contains valid XML by opening the file that you want to check. From the XML menu click validate XML and anticipate for any error(s).

3. The XML file has a XML schema, check that the element appearing in the structure and contents of the each elements conforms to the data types that have been specified in the schema.
