Hello,

I want to update a game for Xbox and it says that my Internet connection is not working. I have tested my Internet from my laptop and everything works just fine. I don’t know what could be the problem with my Internet connection so can anyone help me with this one ? Please help me to make the proper settings for Network.

But before you actually start updating, recheck your wireless or wired connection, so that atleast connectivity is ensured till your device. Else diagnosis would be very very difficult.
