Hi,

I am using Windows Operating System and getting the error message at the startup of Workbench. I closed all the running program to take effect but the problem still exists. Do you have any idea resolving the following matter? I would be grateful to you. Thanks in advance.

Workbench Error

The LiveCycle Workbench workspace is currently in use.

You must close the other instance of Workbench to proceed.

As the user running this application, you do not have rights to write into the file system. The issue can be solved by changing the working directory of the application. To do this:

1. Right-click on the Workbench shortcut icon.

2. Choose Properties.

3. Enter a directory that you are allowed to write in (My Documents, for example) into the "Start in: field.
