Hello Steveen,

Where is the WinRescue 2000 setup application that you trying to install on your computer? Is it on a CD on a folder on your computer? In case you have got the file somewhere on your computer, then it is most likely that you are not executing the right setup file. You will need to there to locate the setup on your PC and make sure that you are using the right app during installation. AvaFind programs may help you a great deal to trace where you might have saved the file.

If you have the setup application on a CD, then the issue could be as a result of the following:

  • The CD could be corrupt and therefore the data on it cannot be read during the installation.
  • You DVD drive may be faulty, and therefore you will need to troubleshoot it and repair it.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Carl
