Windows XP Professional showing error while playing a game

I am using Windows XP Professional on my laptop and when I tried starting to play a game the following message appeared. I tried to restart the laptop and then to open the game, but the problem continued. What am I suppose to do?

To resolve that issue try deleting your settings as shown in the following link:

After that, verify your cache as shown in the following link:

http://www.sigames.com/games

Also check your antivirus and firewall settings and make sure that they are not the ones blocking the game.
