Hi,

This is not being to worry. You can solve this. You have to follow few steps to solve this. Please read carefuly and do what I say very carefuly.

1. First you have to run the System Update readiness Tool. This will checks your computer and solve the issues of your installation of updates. So please download this tool in the Microsoft Official site. I will give you the link. Before you download the tool, make sure which bit version is running on your computer.

For 32 bit version.

For 64 bit version.

After download the software, run the tool. Then restart your computer.

As soon as your computer logged in, download the full package for the service pack using below link.

If you still couldn’t solve your problem, please disable your antivirus and firewall or you might remove it. Then restart the computer and after that install again the service pack.
