Hi,

I got the Windows Software protection error saying

“Windows Software Protection An unauthorized change was made to Windows”. I can’t understand this error and don’t know how to solve.

I need your suggestion to resolve this error as soon as possible. Provide solution.

I have done some research regarding your problem. And it seems that it is an Antivirus/OS Update problem. First of all, uninstall your antivirus. It may be a compatibility issue. Please download the proper version of the antivirus. Keep in mind what Windows are you using (32/64 bit).

Before installing the antivirus, please use Windows Update and install all the updates of a new Service Pack from the standalone installation.

Reinstall the antivirus after all this. The problem is gone now.
