I have a laptop and its operating system is Windows 7 Starter. There's really no option, I can find on my laptops settings to display my personalized image as my desktop background. How would I fix it?
What would I install for it to be possible?

I have some solutions:
If you want to select a wallpaper from any other folder, go to your desktop ; then right click, mouse and see below, "Personalize" Â ; then click there. Â You may also find different kinds of settings for your system.
Another option is  to select the image which you want to make as your background and  right click mouse and select, "Set as desktop background".
Go the Start menu button and select Control Panel. There you will find personalize, Hardware and Software, sound system, Desktop Resolution. Moreover what you want to change. Â
Follow the above instructions to get the solution.

You can just look for the image that you want to make as background and then right click it and the choose Use as Desktop Background.
If you are looking for the Personalized settings, then I'm sorry my friend but you won't be able to find it on your windows starter operating system but rather you can only use it if you have a windows 7 Enterprise or Ultimate edition to select the Personalized settings.
Buy and upgrade you windows operating system on either of the two. But it is to expensive so if you really want this then go for it or If you don't want to spend that much then leave it as is.
