Hi Kim,

I think the solution to your problem can be found on this video

This is what the video says:

Its possible its a Trojan or Virus follow steps below:

First Scan at this site:

https://www.eset.com/int/home/online-scanner/

Then Scan with combofix:

http://combofix.org/

Also Scan with Malwarebytes:

https://www.malwarebytes.com/

If that doesn't work, try changing your drive letter assignments.

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling your floppy drive.

Windows XP or Vista.

Other solutions to fix this error.

Might be software following a Windows update or some other software installation or uninstallation (particularly HP, Norton or QuickTime software) trying to check for removable media that isn't there (e. g. disk in DVD drive or card in card reader), when it shouldn't be.

You can also try these fix's:

1) Changing your drive letter assignments.

2) Uninstall floppy drive.

3) Make your software stop looking for drives: e. g. uninstalling and reinstalling an upgraded (or latest possible) version of QuickTime; similarly with your Norton and HP software if you have any.
