I am encountering the following stop error message: Â error code 10000050. Also I am using an year old laptop i.e. Compaq nx9010. It has xp pro. Any ways to resolve this stop message?
It seems to be a disc related error. Usually such errors are caused by crashing of Avast disc (not drivers). You should try considering an alternative security software. Also you should run a scan with the following applications as Avast may not have been working properly.
Malwarebytes Antimalware (free version) A quick scan is preferable.
