I am using Windows 7 OS and from the last days I am receiving a Windows COM error. Is this problem with the server or anything else? Tell me the reason of this error. How to solve? The error image is attached below so suggest me the proper way to resolve this problem.

Thanks.

Hi there Maurice F Cozart,

You will be glad to hear that your problem is not Windows related but the application related. The error that keeps popping out is the application error coming from the Felix. Looks like something got corrupted so it's not functioning as it should.

Since this is a commercial software and the error is quite generic, I would strongly suggest you to contact the technical support to help you in resolving the problem. Support information can be found on the Felix webpage at the following link: http://felix-cat.com/support/.

However, before contacting the support, you may want to try reinstalling the software. Do a full uninstall using the Add/remove programs feature in your Control Panel. After the uninstall process is done, open the folder where Felix was installed and delete any leftovers including memories.

Best regards,
Drake Vivian
