Hello! I am Windows 8 user and I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 pro. After updating, everything worked fine, all the programs worked fine too. But now after the update, when I click on a photp and it opens, I cannot see it in full screen. I see it and it covers 3/4 portion of the screen but I am unable to see it in full screen. I mean the picture quality is still fine but why can't I see it in full screen as well? Let me know. Thanks!

Windows 8.1 photo viewing problem

Windows 8 & 8.1 is totally different edition of Windows that lacks some very basic features. The basic photo viewer isn’t good enough to support all the cool features of Windows 7’s default “Windows Photo Viewer”. It’s recommended to use any third party software for viewing photo.

You can use FastStone Image Viewer. It supports lots of image formats and features and those are available for Windows 8 as well. I like it because of its lightweight and simple interface.

Windows Essentials is also a handy extension for Windows as it contains lots of important features including “Photo Gallery”. It’s nice and good to meet your requirement.
