Windows 8 OS freezes on startup Windows

Hello everyone,

I migrated from Windows 7 to Windows 8. It was fine at first but yesterday, I can't seem to access the login screen. My computer will freeze after showing the Windows logo and then it will show a black screen. I tried the automatic repair but the same error occurs. Then I restored to the latest restore point but it doesn't work as well. I want to reset it instead but the problem is I don't have my Windows 8 disk with me. What should I do next? Please help me.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I don't think you can do anything else except reinstall the Windows 8 operating system from scratch.

In this sort of situation if you can't repair or system restore, this is the only possible course of action reuse your computer.

But as it happens you have lost your installation disk, for this you can either contact to the service provider of your computer for a replacement disk (only if you got the serial no) or if you want you can download a trial copy of windows 8.1 and use it for 90 days.
