Windows 7 .NET Framework Initialization Error V4.0.30319

Hello,

I am running Windows 7 OS, Ultimate, 64bit and I fresh installed .Net Framework version 4 and many times I have done uninstall, reinstall this software but still remains the same issue which shows the following error message.

 

Renamer.exe- .Net Framework Initialization Error:
To run this application, you must install one of the following version of the .Net Framework:

V4.0.30319 Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the Net frame work

Please help me to resolve this problem.

The error has something to do with .NET Framework 4 installation.
 
First, you will verify that it is properly installed by clicking here.
 
 
In the event of failed installation.
 
Click Start, Run (or search in Windows 7), type in %temp%.
 
Clear the folder and try reinstalling .NET framework.

Hi Robert,

Windows 7 OS should have .Net 4.0 natively installed, however if there are any conflict you can run a repair to an existing .Net on your computer so we can check if the problem has something to do with a Windows component.

You can also check if under Program features on Control Panel .Net 3.5 or .Net 4.0 is enabled.

If not just put a check mark on it and then restart the computer and then try to check if everything is working.
