Will Windows 7 mobile broadband device driver help me to have internet connection in my PC through the mobile device. If so, how to get it connected.

You didn’t mention any specific mobile. It would be better if you mentioned so that any PC suite for that mobile would be given.
Find out your mobile’s PC suite and connect your phone with it. Subscribe for internet package and connect the phone with the PC suite.
After the connection is complete, click on the “Network” icon on the right-bottom side. Select “Open Network and Sharing Center”.
Right-click on your mobile broadband network and then click “Connect”.
After you have prompted, type the APN or access string, the username and password. These will be provided by the service operator.
Change the auto-connect option that you wish to change, and then click “Continue”.
