Will there be foreseen migration issues from BPOS to O365 beta?

Since I am a cloud partner I had the ability of joining the beta which I did. There is an extra tab at the top of the O365 beta which enables me to gain access to partner specific features for I know I have other partners. This tab would have been used to send trials to our clients and should they wish to convert, they would have a link to our trial account. Currently I think partners have two different accounts, one being the O365 beta/trial account and the other one which is meant for BPOS partner benefits subscriptions. Now the big question is, will partners have the ability of migrating to any beta from their BPOS partner benefits subscriptions without compromising the availability of work they had done (e.g. in SharePoint) ? Anyone that has any relevant info is welcome to shed some light on this.

The thing is, there will be a time when you will feel a need to migrate to 365 finally so it is better if you take steps now to migrate from BPOS to 365.

As far as your question is concerned about the availability of the work during the migration it is not. The work or any kind of thing relating to it will not be available during the migration process.

The migration process usually takes a day more than just to migrate and fully settle. So if you want to access any type of work or sharepoint then you must transfer the whole data to any other temporary server till the migration is done completely. Then you can transfer it back or delete that server so that no one else can access it.
