My operating system is Ubuntu and I have videos for a school project that needs editing. Video format is avi. Can I use linux video tag editing for it? I want to do batch editing too if possible. My OS does not have the option to do it from properties as what Windows have. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
Will linux video tag editor work on Ubuntu OS
Hi Margaret,
There's a lot of video editing software for AVI and can work on Ubuntu, but these suggestions would be the software that matches your specification.
-
LiVES- this is a free software, it has a feature that lets you bring the avi files together and edit them further.
-
Cinelerra- This can hold a very large load, often used by professional video editors.
-
Avidemux-Â Cannot work by batch but you can have your job in queue.
