I am very eager to play the game to be released by Rock star North, The GTA 5 which is very interesting and I spend time watching its trailers and gameplay. I have the following PC specifications .Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo E5800 3.20Ghz, Ram 4 GB, Graphic Card: R7 260x 2gb DDR5. I know that I a have a very low performance processor but can I run the game on the lowest setting possible? Please reply.

The minimum system requirements for GTA 5 PC is:
 
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz processor, Radeon HD 4870 Graphics Card & 4GB RAM, Windows 7 64-bit, DX 10
 
So, it seems, your RAM meets minimum requirements, your gpu is more than the minimum requirement, but your processor is core 2 duo where core 2 quad is needed. You can give it a try, as your processor is just below the required one. Best of luck.
